DESCRIPTION: Restorative and Reiki: Gratitude Focus

A grateful heart is a magnet for miracles, but sometimes the weight of the outside world may seem like too much to bare. This is when you know you need to take the time to restore and nurture your energy and your faith in yourself. You will have the opportunity to rest, fully supported and nurtured, in 5 poses for 10 minutes each.

Each person will receive 4 minutes of Reiki and a crystal to journey with and and take home with them. The poses will be focused on the chest and back in awareness of the heart space. The portal to our gratitude and the processing center of our intuition. 

I will begin and end with sacred drumming to tune you into your heart on a deeper level.

Cost is $30. Venmo, cash or check preferred. Credit card accepted online if that is better for you. Registration is required. Space is limited.
