DESCRIPTION: I am called to hold space for women to gather in circle for the solstice this month. To help raise the energies, to cut cords of attachment in a cord cutting ceremony and to bring our individual beats into the flow together. This is a safe and supportive space to release what is no longer serving you to make space for the seeds you would like to manifest in the spring. To drum, move and shift the energies. To prepare for the winter slumber of rest and restore. 

What to expect:
❄️ A Sacred circle opening. 
❄️ A brief guided meditation to settle your mind, root into your being and uncover what you need to release. 
❄️ Each person will receive a piece of string for the cord cutting ceremony.
❄️ After the releasing we will flow right into drumming and dancing.
❄️We will end our time together by closing the sacred circle.

What to bring: 
❄️ Yourself - it is ok if you don't have a drum. Bring your energy to contribute and absorb the vibration or move your body.
❄️ Drums or shakers.
❄️ Open Mind and Open Heart.
❄️ This event is donation based.

Registration is required so I know if I have enough to hold this event and because there will be a limit too.  

We will gather in a new location at Susan Sheldon's Woodfire heated Barn at 442 Route 197 Woodstock, CT.
