DESCRIPTION: You don't need to like coffee for this class! Wake your body up with this 55 minute Vinyasa Flow Yoga practice. We will start standing and center in mountain with breath work briefly. Flowing through an energized Vinyasa practice (with modifications for all levels of yoga practice) focused on strengthening and lengthening. Ending with stretching, a brief Savasana, and an OM.
