DESCRIPTION: Movement is medicine for the body! Come move, shift your energy, and clear blockages with this 55 minute Vinyasa Flow Yoga practice.  (Same flow as Wednesday mornings) We will start standing and center in mountain with breath work briefly. Flowing through an energized Vinyasa practice (with modifications for all levels of yoga practice) focused on strengthening and lengthening. Ending with stretching, a brief Savasana, and an OM.

Be sure to bring a water and dress in clothes you can move in. 

Registration is required. Space is limited to 8.
