DESCRIPTION: Come flow into your weekend with Roots to Fly Wellness! Wake up your body and calm your mind with this Saturday morning Vinyasa class. Join us for a dynamic flow designed to build strength, flexibility, and kickstart your weekend with movement and breath. This is the perfect way to shake off the week and find your focus. All levels welcome! We will start standing and center in mountain to set intentions and focus our minds with breath work. Flowing through a moderately paced Vinyasa practice we will focus on keeping the body activated, engaged and in the present moment. This class has modifications for all body needs in the moment. Rest in table or take a child pose to make this practice more gentle or take your flow in your sun salutation to create more heat. Bring your knees down in plank or skip it all together. Skip 3 legged dog and take a table and use your blocks in your hands to step through to lunge or stand to make this accessible to your body if need. Everyone is welcome to take what they need and leave the rest. Ending with stretching and lengthening and a 5 minute Savasana.

Cancellation policy: please cancel online on your profile at least 2 hours before class to receive credit back to your class card or Momoyoga account.

Be sure to bring a water and dress in clothes you can move in. Bring your yoga gear or borrow a mat, blocks, strap and blanket at the studio.
