DESCRIPTION: This month I'm taking a little different approach to the intuitive dance class. 

We will start with a flowy warm up together. And flow into some Vinyasa style yoga that is timed to music. There will be a couple of freeform intuitive movement songs that encourages you to move your body as you are called to intermixed with some choreographed yoga flow songs time to the music. We will end with a 10 minute energy integrating savasana and sound bath meditation. Expect to create a good amount of heat in your body, but as always there will be lots of modifications and you are encouraged to rest whenever you need to!

We will use mats and blocks for this class! Bring yours if you have them, but the studio always has them available for you tomorrow. 

No dance experience needed! Come create some heat, catch the rhythm, move your body, and shift your energy with us!
