We work with a sequence of poses and breathing to achieve a well-rounded practise that will leave you feeling gloriously stretched and worked.

Set to a mix of uplifting tunes, the classes are intended to be fun and challenging to enable you to truly feel the benefits and grow your yoga practise over time.

Book with the following class passes:-
