DESCRIPTION: This very special festive extended class fuses restorative yoga and mindfulness. Topped off with homemade mince pies and chai tea.  Enjoy a candlelit practise of deeply nourishing and restorative postures to allow the physical body to unwind and quieten the mind.  For each ticket sold £5.00 will be donated to the local branch of the Trussel Trust. The Trussel Trust’s aim is to end hunger and poverty in the UK. They support a nationwide network of food banks providing emergency food and support to people locked in poverty.
