DESCRIPTION: Yoga classes for children and families with the intention of providing a space where each individual is able to shine in their own special and unique way. This is done through practices including breathing exercises,  relaxation, meditation, yoga postures and movement.
All are welcome at this family yoga session from age 4 to age 104 and we encourage you to bring your family, an open heart and an open mind.
