DESCRIPTION: Start the day right with a glorious morning stretch in our Morning Yoga class.
Suitable for all, this is a flow class to pep up and tone the body and wake up the mind.
We take our time warming up, move into a simple standing sequence and spend lots of time on our seated stretches to reinvigorate tired legs and achy backs.
We finish with a few minutes of chill out time and guided relaxation.

£8.50 per class with a 10 Class Flexipass
£10 per single class
