We can perhaps be a little misguided in thinking Slow means floppy and easy but think again my friends.

We love a S L O W class. If you’re new to yoga it’s perfect because the transitions are slow giving you time to easily find your way and settle in to the pose.

It allows time and space in the mind and breath. You can really settle in and find a nurturing rhythm.

Physically it’s doing some real magic. Strengthening, toning, engaging and enabling us to refine each pose.

Moving more slowly encourages a greater depth and focus to your yoga.Your practise will close with gently held stretches to rejuvenate and release. Suitable for all with a basic yoga practise and/or basic level of fitness.
