Join us for a Mindful Sunday Morning Yoga Flow Class. (Consider it your pre-brunch self care treat)… In this class we will spend our time focussing on flowing from pose to pose and linking those mindful movements with the breath.

Mindful Yoga Flow is about moving in a way that feels good, with time and space given to exploring suggestions and alternatives, as well as recognising that our transitions are just as important as the poses themselves.

There’ll always be the offer of a variety of modifications to encourage the participation of everyone. We will include sitting, standing and maybe some inverted postures, and suggest challenging variations for more advanced students, yet fun and non intimidating options for newer students.

Of course there’s always Savasana too :-)
