End the week with this nourishing Friday night class which will guide you through a slow, gentle flow before settling into stillness with Yin.
Yin yoga is a passive practice that holds asanas, or postures, seated or lying down for 3-5 minutes allowing us to stretch connective tissues and access deeper layers of fascia.
The class will end the class with a guided relaxation or meditation. The perfect complement to our current Covid-19 lifestyle, helping us to find a bit more balance. Absolutely suitable for all levels.
