An invitation to slow down, connect to the breath and ease away any tension - Gentle flow is suitable for all types of yogi, including beginners.
Postures will be held longer than usual and practiced much slower to encourage our nervous systems to relax. With added meditation practices and breath work to help you deeply connect to that sense of peace.
This class is intended to help soothe and we encourage you to bring any props you think would support you, such as blocks, pillows or blankets.
