Are you struggling with your sleep and wondering if yoga can help?
Sleep can make or break you.

When we're getting good sleep we can feel bright, alert and a happy, shiny version of ourselves.

When we're not getting good sleep then it can all get a bit shoddy!

This FREE 30 min class is a short introduction to our Yoga for Sleep Recovery 5 Week course starting on 10th March at 7.15pm.

We'll talk a little about what to expect from the course, and explore a couple of simple tools which can help get you ready for better sleep.

No yoga experience necessary.
