Some simple breath techniques to help you find a bit of calm at times of overwhelm. We introduce three simple ways to focus the mind, ease the breath and be comfortable with being still. These techniques are great for kids and teens too, helping them to learn these simple tools to find a piece of calm whenever it is needed.
