Restorative Yoga is a wonderful practice to restore the mind and relax the body. The class consists of 5 poses. All poses are done on the floor with pillows, blankets, or bolsters. No experience needed. This is a non-active yoga style, creating a more calming and relaxed practice.
Allow the mind and body to ease into comfort.
