Jen Abraham
Jen is a devoted yoga practitioner. She first encountered yoga as a teenager in the UK, finding solace and mental clarity through its practice during difficult times. Her journey led her to Rishikesh, India, where she found a sense of self -ease and contentment during an immersive stay at an ashram, delving into meditation, discipline, devotion and communal living.
After over twenty years of consistent personal practice, she felt inspired to deepen her knowledge about anatomy and pursued training in various yoga styles, including vinyasa, yin, restorative and nidra. Jen is now completing pregnancy and post-partum yoga studies.
Jen teaches functional yoga that accommodates all body structures and abilities. She is particularly interested in how yoga asana, breathwork, and meditation can offer relief from chronic pain and stiffness while promoting relaxation and mental clarity.
Jen aims to create a welcoming space where individuals can explore yoga's potential to find connection, rest and find physical ease in an increasingly busy and isolated world.
