General terms of Sacred Official
Sacred Official - Terms and Conditions:
Exclusions: Special events, workshops, and retreats are not covered by class passes.
Non-Refundable: All purchases are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Please choose your classes carefully.
Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without advance notice.
Schedule Modifications: Sacred Official reserves the right to cancel or change classes, teachers, events, and workshops without prior notice.
Punctuality Policy: Classes start on time, and for security reasons, our studio doors are locked promptly. Latecomers will be locked out and charged for the booked class.
Class Passes – Terms and Conditions:
1. Casual Class Passes: Valid for 2 weeks from the date of purchase.
2. 5 Class Passes: Valid for 6 weeks from the date of purchase.
3. 10 Class Passes: Valid for 12 weeks from the date of purchase.
4. 1 Week Unlimited Pass: Valid for 7 days from the date of the first class.
5. 1 Month Unlimited Pass: Valid for 30 days from the date of the first class.
6. Kids / Teens Passes: Valid for 2 weeks from the date of purchase.
Please ensure to use your passes within the specified timeframes. Extensions or transfers are not available.
Sacred Official endeavours to adhere to the latest timetable for all classes and strives to provide advance notice of any changes. However, the schedule is subject to alteration or cancellation without prior notice. Sacred Official does not assume liability for refunds or compensation for classes that are late, altered, or cancelled for any reason. Instead, affected students are offered the opportunity to book another class at no additional cost. Please note that all classes require a booking.
Cancellation Policy:
Studio Classes:
• Reservations cancelled more than 2 hours before the class start time are considered 'early cancels,' and your pass will not be used.
• Reservations cancelled within 2 hours of the class start time are considered 'late cancels,' and the pass will be used.
• Refunds for classes cancelled after this time are at the discretion of Sacred Official.
• It is the client's responsibility to cancel a booked class through the MOMOYOGA online booking system or app within the 2-hour time frame.
• Sacred Official does not accept cancellations via email or text.
Beginner Yoga Course (6 Week):
Please commit to attending the FULL 6 weeks of the course. Once the course begins, any cancellations are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled for another day or time. We appreciate your understanding and dedication to your yoga journey.
Special Events, Workshops, and Retreats:
• No refunds or cancellations are permitted within 48 hours prior to the event.
• Cancellations made before 48 hours will receive a full refund, minus an administrative fee of $10.
• For full-day or weekend retreats, the cancellation fee may vary based on accommodation, catering, and material costs.
Waitlist:
When adding yourself to the 'waitlist' for a class, kindly monitor your emails, as Sacred Official will promptly notify you when a spot becomes available due to a cancellation—this can occur up to 2 hours before the class begins. Please be aware that the 2-hour cancellation policy remains in effect. If your plans change, and you no longer wish to attend, it is recommended to cancel your waitlist spot to avoid being charged as a 'late cancel.'
Purchase Policy:
• All classes/services must be paid for online or in cash before the class starts.
• If online registration and booking are not possible, you will be required to fill in a registration form to be loaded into our online booking system.
Gift Vouchers:
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to cash.
• However, we are able to transfer the gift voucher to another member or new student.
Privacy Policy:
Sacred Official values your privacy, and we assure you that your personal information will never be sold to any person or business. All information collected is for our business use only. Online data is securely stored, and any registration forms filled out in person are kept in a safe and confidential location. Your trust in our commitment to safeguarding your privacy is of utmost importance to us.
Liability Waiver:
By creating an account and/or attending a Sacred Official class, retreat, or workshop, you agree that:
1. While unlikely, you acknowledge that participating in an exercise class carries a risk of injury. You accept responsibility for any injuries sustained during your participation in this class (including prenatal) or any future classes at Sacred Official.
2. You understand that it is your responsibility to consult with a medical physician before participating in any yoga class offered by Sacred Official.
3. If you are under 16 years old, you affirm that you have the consent of a parent or guardian.
