This virtual class will focus on basic movements to promote stability and equanimity. Offered with slow transitions between postures, this class requires a comfort with moving from the floor to standing without assistance. If available, bring blankets, blocks, straps to support your practice. New students are welcome.
Please register prior to class start time and a Zoom link will be sent to you via email 30 minutes before class begins. Waiting room opens at 8:45am - please arrive by 9am.
Reserve your time for one on one attention for your own personal practice or to explore strategies to improve your home practice. Individual sessions are offered virtually via Zoom and a link is provided the morning of your session.
