This virtual class will focus on basic movements to promote stability and equanimity. Offered with slow transitions between postures, this class requires a comfort with moving from the floor to standing without assistance. If available, bring blankets, blocks, straps to support your practice. New students are welcome.
Please register before class start time and a Zoom link will be sent to you via email (30 minutes prior to class start time). I'll open the waiting room at 8:45 - please arrive by 9am.
