In deze vloeiende vinyasales nemen we je mee door heart openers die zowel het lichaam als het hart openen. We verkennen houdingen zoals Wild Thing, Bow Pose en Camel Pose, afgewisseld met verzachtende tegenhoudingen om balans te bewaren.
