DESCRIPTION: In this class we will explore some of the most well known and beloved yoga poses, some ancient and some more modern. 
We will transition from one to the other in a flowing manner, with coherence and intention. 
Connecting with the breath and body, we will bring awareness into the present moment, cultivating calm and ease throughout the class. 
All levels are welcome and if you wish to, you may as well use blocks and a strap (although not necessary).
