DESCRIPTION: This will be a gorgeous blissful evening of gentle yoga, yoga nidra, and sound bath, with delicious snacks at the end.
Enhanced with the divine aroma of doterra essential oils and to a backdrop of gentle soothing music, I will guide you through a deeply calming, mindful practice and into deep relaxation. 
The sound bath will include crystal quartz healing bowls, himalayan 7-metal bowls and other meditative instruments.  
Held in a beautiful studio in the middle of a lake in the middle of a woodland, this will be utterly magical. 
Please note tickets are not refundable. If you are unable to attend, refunds or credits are not possible but you are welcome to transfer your place to a friend or family member instead to use.
