I hope to inspire you to commit to and sustain a practice of yoga as an integral part of your life where you'll gain habits, cultivate inner awareness, gain strength and clarity and move into the sense of peace and calm. 

I'm passionate about showing up authentically and hope to serve as a roll model for others to do the same. As I continue to strive to let go of fears, withstand criticism with more grace and choose kindness over being right I stand beside you as human as can be. 

Before and now more than ever, I'm available to provide support, impact and educate a community while being ruthlessly honest. 

We heal together when we are comfortable and we can do this by being transparent. Letting go of judgments & criticisms and applying outrageous openness and compassion. I want you to leave feeling stronger, supported and at ease. 

Through this inner connection, things become clear and you move into a sense of clarity where you see your strengths and grow from  your weaknesses bc that is your gift to the world.
