You will move through stuck energy using the breath; guided movement while working on alignment, strength and balance. 

It’s the perfect combination for those on a time crunch bc you get a little bit of it all. This one is a physical, spiritual and mental practice.

Intermediate and Advanced poses with lots of instruction and support if needed.
