DESCRIPTION: Our Hatha Yoga classes flow through five general stages, warm up (sun salutations), standing poses, balancing poses, seated poses, cool down poses and savasana. Within this framework all types of postures can be incorporated, including backbends, twists, etc. 

Blocks,  bolsters, chairs, straps and the wall are often incorporated. 

Instruction in the practices of Pranayama, Meditation, Philosophy and Sanskrit are incorporated to enhance your yoga education and create a space for personal transformation and spiritual development.

The session ends with extended shavasana and soothing sound journey to integrate movements and achieve deep relaxation.

Expect lots of modifications for all levels of yoga.
