LOCATION:6798 Crosswinds Circle St Pete 33710 D106
DESCRIPTION: We breathe from the moment we are born until the moment we leave this body. It is the epitome of “natural.” Yet how many times have you slowed down and concentrated on your breathe? It is so simple, anyone can do it. And everyone who does it is amazed at how transformative it is!

This practice combines focus on the breath, varying styles of breathing, and sound. The combination of sound vibration and breath allows your body to relax and release stuck energy that no longer serves you. It gives you the opportunity to transmute negative emotion into calm, peace and joy.

Individually and collectively we have all been through so much in the past few weeks. The overall intention of this class is to transmute the emotion of grief. Grief is an emotion that tends to get stuck in the root chakra, the stomach area. And it sticks – causing all sorts of underlying issues – until you do the work to release it. This class will give you a safe space to release. This is a space of acceptance, compassion and love.

Join us Sunday at 4pm.

Breathwork will last 60 minutes. Please plan for 90 minutes to give time to process.
