Q1. 什麼是Meridian Yoga Therapy? 經絡養生瑜伽糅合哈達瑜伽 (Hatha Yoga) 及中醫五行(金木水火土)(Traditional Chinese Medicine Five Elements) 的精髓。以中醫十二經絡為基礎的瑜伽動作，逐漸暢 通全身十二個主要器官血氣循環，使其恢復本具的活力。 同時配合四季養生，例如秋季天氣變乾燥，適合透過刺激肺部經絡運行強化肺部功能，舒緩氣管敏感、氣促等徵象。

Q2. 與傳統的 Hatha Yoga 或 Yoga Therapy 有何分別? 1. 練習時專注呼吸，將中醫概念的氣 (Energy Flow Qi) 及覺察 (Awareness) 帶入身體， 練習後也有助促進氣血運行。 2. 不但針對舒緩都市痛症，同時強調中醫五行相應的情緒，達至身心健康。 3. 中醫五行與瑜伽的脈輪亦有類似。例如五行之火就如心輪 (Heart Chakra)，與心 的健康、愛、熱情等情感有關。
