Weaving together Sam’s signature blend of qigong, yoga and mindful movement, the class combines stretching, twisting and tension release with flowing sequences to bring a sense of movement and energy to the body. The class incorporates a strong mindfulness element and is based on the foundations of curiosity, compassion and playfulness. It is suitable for all levels with a range of options and full instructions given.
