Description
This is a slow flow class so great if you want to try yoga for the first time or just want a slower pace. We will follow a flowing yoga sequence with some holding postures. Options will be given for you to take your practice as you want to. We finish with either a short meditation or breathwork practice to really allow the mind to switch off and find deep relaxation.
