A union of breath and movement. Using a combination of Swara Cycles imbued with breath practices, meditation, and repetitive flowing movement (asana). An energising class (slightly more dynamic than Wednesday Hatha) with longer holds designed to strengthen and uplift you, whereby incorporating various aspects of traditional yoga techniques to promote self awareness and vitality.
**A perfect complimentary class to Smile and Breathe as you will learn more of the functionality of the breath practices to incorporate into your asana (posture) practices.
