Lisa is Santosha wellbeing creator, Her passion is working 1-1 and in small groups to provide intuitive yoga, mediation, massage, reiki and more.
This Yin insipred yoga and guided meditation is great for those who are new to yoga, looking to stretch after exercise or a long day sitting down.

With each posture (Asana) held to help aid relaxation and deep tissue stretching this is a slow pace class.

To end we Lisa will guide you through a meditation, no experience required to aid relaxation.
