Meditation is a grounding practice which helps you to know yourself better, appreciate yourself and others more, and allows you to get a more relaxed and sound sleep. This class is designed to bring deep relaxation and restore both body and mind. We will start with some gentle movement, followed by some pranayama and finally with a guided meditation. You will leave powerfully restored and refreshed. All meditation levels are welcome.
