Before Birth with Emma
Pregnancy can be a wonderful and exciting time. You are counting down the weeks until your little one is in your arms, and you can take them home to begin your new life; be it as a first-time parent or parent to a growing family.
For some, pregnancy can be a challenging time seeing them be filled with worry, anxiety, uncertainty, and confusion. You may be worried about on-going hospital appointments or even the birth itself and what happens once you go home with your baby.
Wherever you may sit on the ever-changing experiences of pregnancy, Before Birth offers you a gentle and supportive space to focus on yourself and your needs.
These sessions run for 6 weeks, with each session lasting 1 hour. Mindfulness, relaxation, journaling, and conversation will shape each session. You will also have space and time to reflect on your own journey into parenthood, whilst having an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, your partner, and your baby bump.
These sessions are open to all; pregnant or non-pregnant parents, family members or close friends who may be supporting you in your journey into parenthood. If you have an older child who is struggling with change or who would like to be more involved, then why not invite them to join the sessions with you. Alternatively, you may wish to join on your own, for some much needed 'me time'
What to bring:
~Notebook and pen
~Bottle of water
~Wear comfortable clothes
~Bring a pair of comfy socks or slipper
