The Wellbeing Girl Self Care Workshop Series is designed to inform, empower and protect individuals from stress, overwhelm, compassion fatigue and burnout.

This workshop will:
Explore what self-care actually means to you and how we go about doing that.
Identify the 5 different types of self-care.
The workshop will assist individuals to incorporate a daily plan to bring more of this into their lives
The workshop will support individuals to explore boundaries and ways in which to support and protect themselves from vicarious overwhelm and burnout.
The workshop will look at personal values and how this knowledge can further support the development of a personal self-care practice
The workshop will provide support in a safe space among likeminded people and provide you with your own personal support network to make the changes needed and to continue to grow.
