DESCRIPTION: This workshop will restore greater alignment, vitality and comfort in the upper body.
We will begin by using breath work and gentle upper back openers to bring awareness and space to the designated area. The flowing sequence will warm the muscles, lubricate the joints and melt away accumulated stress and knots.
In the last part of the workshop, we will move to the floor to further unwind before finally surrendering to a deep relaxation.
You will leave feeling freer, lighter and revitalised.
