Yin Yoga & Reiki - an evening to slow down, tune in, and let go. Facilitated by Riana Calman and Saskia Seeling.

Yin Yoga is a simple practice for our modern world. Floor-based postures are held with as little effort as possible for a few minutes at a time. The use of different props makes these shapes accessible for every body. Through the conscious direction of breath and awareness, you are guided into a state of stillness, introspective and softness.

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique. Through physical touch or proximity of the practitioner's hands to your body, your natural capacity to move and release stuck energy is getting activated. These energetic adjustments enhance the process of softening.

The intention for this session is to slow body and mind down and release what is no longer serving you. You will leave calm, balanced, and centred. Be prepared for the best sleep you had in ages after this class.

Riana Calman and Saskia Seeling are experienced facilitators in their respective modalities and will create a safe and welcoming space for you to feel, heal, and be. Their combined skills and strengths allow you to experience profound rest and restoration.
