Using Yoga Detour™ principles, enjoy a practice focused on infusing strength and stability into yoga asana, improving your mobility and range of motion whilst stilling the mind. This class moves at an accessible pace, waking up the body thoughtfully and methodically - sometimes with the use of blocks, straps and other props. Though these classes may not move as quickly as a flow class, students should come prepared to work hard as they learn about how their bodies are designed to move. Suitable to all levels — even the seasoned practitioner will pick up a few tips and tricks in this class.

You are encouraged to work at your own pace, going with how things FEEL in your body.

When we release physically, we can release mentally. A slower tempo class, combining Yin Yoga poses that focus on areas of the body where we hold tension the most. Using props where required - blocks, cushions, blankets, and straps. This practice is great for anyone looking to slow down, to relieve stress and to calm the excessive mind chatter. Closing with Yoga Nidra.
