DESCRIPTION: Vinyasa ~ 
Vinyasa yoga is conscious movement linked with the breath. It is energising, creative and dynamic. We explore a range of different transitions, postures and the practice often centers around a particular &quot;peak&quot; pose, philosophical idea, or space in the body.
Ideal for the days you feel like getting sweaty, re-energised and focused. You will live for the Savasana (relaxation) at the end of your session.

Due to the faster tempo and importance of maintaining awareness in the breath and body alignment, we recommend having a few yoga classes under your belt before jumping in to a Vinyasa class.
It is important to us that you enjoy your experience on the mat while also practicing safely. 
Our Hatha, Yin and beginner friendly classes will set you up perfectly if you are new to your practice.
