DESCRIPTION: Our most accessible class, yin yoga is a practice of stillness.
Using props such as blocks, blankets and a bolster to support the body, we hold each pose for between five to ten minutes.
Yin targets the fascia/connective tissues that permeate our entire body, to create mobility, and invoke a meditative sensation for the mind.
