Mat Pilates is a strength-focused class rooted in the principles of the Pilates method. Through controlled, intentional movement, the class emphasises breath, alignment, precision, and core stability to support posture, mobility, muscular endurance, and balanced full-body strength.

Classes may incorporate light weights and small props to add variety and challenge while remaining accessible and adaptable to different experience levels. Expect thoughtful sequencing, clear cueing, and a supportive environment where you can move at your own pace with options to modify or progress as needed.
