 La pratica deve terminare entro le 20:30. Le lezioni in stile Mysore sono supervisionate da un insegnante che offre guida e assistenza individuali. Sono indirizzate a studenti che conoscono la sequenza delle Asana ma anche a “principianti plus” - ovvero gli studenti che hanno frequentato alcune lezioni guidate e sono in grado di praticare autonomamente con un minimo di assistenza o con il foglio della sequenza.

Mysore-style classes are led by a teacher who provides individual guidance and assistance. They are designed for students who are familiar with the sequence of asanas, but also for "beginners plus", i.e. students who have already participated in some guided classes and are able to practice independently with a minimum of help or with the sequence sheet.
