Sostiene le donne che vivono situazioni di violenza domestica, stalking o abuso sessuale, garantendo anonimato, riservatezza e assenza di giudizio. I servizi — accoglienza, sostegno psicologico, consulenza legale, orientamento al lavoro — sono completamente gratuiti.  Questa è una classe a offerta libera — con un contributo minimo di €15. Nessun credito sarà scalato dal tuo abbonamento in essere.

🇬🇧 Today we practice for those finding the courage to start over — and we do it through Cerchi d'Acqua, an anti-violence centre active in Milan since 2000. It supports women experiencing domestic violence, stalking, or sexual abuse, ensuring anonymity, confidentiality, and a non-judgmental environment. All services — intake support, psychological counselling, legal advice, and employment guidance — are completely free of charge. This is a donation-based class — with a minimum of €15. No credits will be deducted from your existing membership.
