DESCRIPTION: Break the boredom these school holidays with some creativity, movement and fun! For ages 6 and up, these fun holiday workshops include yoga, games and creative activities.

A perfect addition to your child’s school holiday, they promote movement, flexibility, relaxation and self expression in a supportive environment with a focus on positive friendships.

The morning session activity is the creation of flower/nature crowns, and the afternoon session activity will be rock art mandala painting.

Workshops are run by accredited kids’ yoga teacher, Tanya, of Seed Yoga, in the gorgeous Temple Retreat yoga studio where there’s plenty of space - indoors and outdoors - for the kids to move and explore.
