DESCRIPTION: An invitation to be in circle to collectively release the heavy energy of this year, realign ourselves and plant conscious seeds to prepare for a nourishing and magical 2021.

This session will include a short guided meditation, a nourishing embodiment practice, a write and release ritual and some life visioning journaling exercises to activate and inspire us to become the creators of our unique highest potential and self actualisation.
