Yin yoga is where we come to balance the frantic, fast-paced elements of our lives, offering a different way to challenge both the body and the mind: with stillness. It is through extended stays in asana that we explore both deep stretches and the quality of the breath to understand how it feels to be still - a rare occurrence these days!
Hatha Yoga is a classical form of yoga where we take a slower pace to investigate asana (poses) and pranayama (breath) techniques, covering many of the basics and exploring sequences that allow us to delve deeper into more challenging asana. Ideal for beginners, this class can also be modified for pregnant students.
