We will be moving any stagnant energy or tension held in our body through a gently flowing yoga class. Followed by a Heart opening cocoa ceremony, with guided meditation for self love, intention setting & releasing what no longer serves us, so we can fully show up as the best version of ourselves. The workshop will finish with a beautiful restorative sound bath. Restoring your own natural state of inner connection.
