DESCRIPTION: Activate your body's deep natural strength and break out of your normal patterns of movement that keep you bound. We'll play with filling space, expand our range of movement, and let our natural breathing guide us to a deeper level of awareness. Let go of what you think you know and move into what you feel. This class will move you toward a sense of being that doesn't go away after lunch but stays with you throughout the week. All are welcome!
