DESCRIPTION: Prepare for your weekend with me as we move through a slow flow, Friday evening class. This class is suitable for all levels and abilities. 
We will move our bodies in a gentle, kind way. We will warm up the body with a soft flow whilst focusing on alignment, balance, strength and flexibility. We will then wind down with some delicious restorative poses and finish in a beautiful, restful savasana leaving you rested and refreshed for the weekend ahead.
